Diesel fuel is used in the diesel engines found in most freight trucks, trains, buses, boats, and farm and construction vehicles, and in some cars and small trucks. Diesel fuel is also used in diesel engine generators to generate electricity around the word. Many industrial facilities, large buildings, institutional facilities, hospitals, and electric utilities have diesel generators for backup and emergency power supply

Mazut is a Russian name for fuel oil, a heavy residual fraction of crude oil, that is left after distillation. It is mostly used as marine (bunker) fuel or as an energy source for power plants (very rarely). It is a cheap product, priced lower than crude oil, thus refiners actually lose money producing it and in turn they strive to produce less of it (by investing in coking or residue cracking units).

Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is a composition of methane and some mixture of ethane used to convert natural gas to liquid form for ease and safety of storage transport. It is cooled to approximately -256 degrees Fahrenheit so that it can be transported. In its liquid state, natural gas takes up 1/600th of the space, making it much easier to ship and store when pipeline transport is not feasible.
